The Pond One Algae Block is an effective solution for controlling and preventing algae growth in ponds. Ideal for use as a preventative measure, when algae first appears, or immediately after cleaning an algae-infested pond, this treatment helps keep your water clear and your pond healthy.
It is most effective on new ponds or ponds that have been cleaned of existing algae loads. Algae can also be controlled by minimising the amount of feed given to fish, increasing the number of pond plants to a ratio of 3 plants per square mtr of pond surface and increase circulation in the water using a pond pump. Treatment rate 1 full block treats 800 litres for up to 2 weeks The block can be quartered, and each quarter will treat 200 ltrs
